Oversized Barn Stall

This includes the stall, access to turn out, tack room and use of fan, trailer parking and full use of the facilities.

Mare Motels - No current availability

This includes the motel, access to turn out, tack room and use of fan, trailer parking and full use of the facilities.

Pasture with shelter

$200.00/Month

We offer shared and limited, private pasture options. We ensure your herd has water, year-round. Trailer parking and full use of the facilities included.

Add-on full-care service

$450.00/Month

In addition to the base board rate, a full-care service can be added on to a stall, mare motel, or pasture board per horse. Full-care service rate includes feeding, grooming, blanketing, fly spraying, turning out as applicable, and holding for farrier or other health providers as needed. Full-care service rate excludes feed, hay, supplements, medications or other substances applied to the horse(s). For example, the full-care stall rate is $750/month.

Add-on daily, short-term full-care service

In addition to the base board rate, a daily, short-term full-care service can be added on to a stall, mare motel, or pasture board per horse. See the above full-care service description for what is included and what is excluded from the daily rate option.

Requires a signed waiver of liability prior to paying fee. 2 hour minimum for use of facilities. Prior to taking horses off the trailer must show a current negative Coggins and vaccination record.

Sunset Ranch Horse For Supervised Riding Lesson Package discount available

Sunset Ranch is not a therapeutic riding facility & does not have trained therapeutic riding horses or staff. Availability is dependent on having the right horse to meet skill & physical needs of rider. Must sign liability waiver prior to riding. Rider must provide & wear a ASTM/SEI-certified riding helmet. Restricted to riders seven years of age or older, weigh 250 pounds or less, able to follow audible riding instruction, sit in saddle unassisted and hold reins to maintain control of horse.

Haulin Horse For Supervised Riding Lesson Package discount available

Sunset Ranch is not a therapeutic riding facility. Prior to taking horses off the trailer must show a current negative Coggins & vaccination record. Must sign liability waiver prior to riding. Rider under 18 years o must provide & wear a ASTM/SEI-certified riding helmet. Restricted to riders seven years of age or older and able to follow audible riding instruction, sit in saddle unassisted and hold reins to maintain control of horse. Must also pay a haulin fee in addition to lesson charge.

** All Boarders must complete and sign a written horse boarding agreement that includes a waiver of liability. A current negative Coggins and core vaccinations, to include rabies, is required for each horse upon entry to Sunset Ranch and then at least annually. Each new horse, or other equid, must successfully complete a quarantine period prior to being introduced to the resident herd. **
